- WS1 represents Workout Step Count (Pedo) from 23:50:00 to 23:51:00.

- A2 represents Activity Data from 23:51:00 to 23:52:00.

- S2 represents Step Count (Pedo) from 23:51:00 to 23:52:00.

- WA2 represents Workout Activity Data from 23:51:00 to 23:52:00.

This cycle repeats for the entire length of the file. If a workout had been activated on the device, the WA and WS

Similar to the previous example, A1, S1, HR1, WA1 and WS1 represent Activity, Steps, Heart Rate, Workout Activity and

Workout Steps from the first epoch. However, 0:30s epochs were used. Therefore, the first epoch time period is from

23:50:00 to 23:50:30. The second set (A2, S2, HR2, WA2, WS2) represents data collected between 23:50:30 and

23:51:00. Again, this pattern continues for the entire length of the file.
