Rate, Workout Activity and Workout Steps from the first epoch. However, 0:30s epochs were used. Therefore, the first

epoch time period is from 23:50:00 to 23:50:30. The second set (A2, X2, S2, HR2, WA2, WS2) represents data collected

between 23:50:30 and 23:51:00. Again, this pattern continues for the entire length of the file.
